All along I have been branded as a fatty. After attending the personal training at Physique Studio, I start to have people telling me that I look much better, I have slimed down a fair bit. I used to weight 113kg. Now I weight 94kg. I lost a total of 19kg all in all.

I remember the first time I attended Physique Studio, my legs were trembling and I have trouble walking down the stairs. After attending the training here, now i feel much more healthier, lighter, more importantly I feel so much more confident of myself.

For me, my body size tends to be the small kind of body frame and I really want to bulk up and increase more mass. I’ve been training at physique studio for months and they really help me to bulk myself up, and more importantly, although the gym itself is not like the typical commercial gyms that you see, it is cozy and self sufficient.

The trainers here are very professional and they really give me good guides on how to improve my training techniques. For instance, I wasn’t able to straighten my legs as my thigh muscles tend to be quite weak. Over the months, my trainer has actually taught me the right technique to do for instance, the leg raise, and now I am quite confident of doing this kind of exercise and I am really thankful to them for that.
